For better wellbeing, grow your finances.

Is your financial situation becoming a strain, causing you stress and anxiety? If you are looking for financial freedom, then a few simple solutions can easily revamp your bank balance and your mental health.

It’s no surprise that when faced with financial difficulty, mental and physical health is affected. However, financial success and wellbeing in all areas of your life are achievable using the spiritual laws.

Surprised? Could it be that simple? Yes!

The ‘2020 Salary Finance’ survey, found that worrying about money was the biggest source of stress for British Workers and that this costs employers greatly in terms of productivity. It also found that status had no variant. Whether you earn £100,000 or £10,000, the same level of concern was reported.

⅓ of people run out of money before payday. Sleepless nights, stress and anxiety can create a secondary issue ‘paralysis from overwhelming’ resulting in the tendency to stick your head in the sand. A debt management company reported that it took people on average two years before picking up the phone to look at the solutions.

“Ask yourself, where are you now? Where do you want to be? Physically, emotionally and financially. What’s your goal?”

Release stress and find harmony in your relationships

At this time of year, when the nights draw in and the weather turns colder many people experience physical ailments, aches and pains and fatigue and look for ways to help themselves. You may even find that strong emotions play out around these times as the seasons change to Autumn, there is less natural light, children are back at school and the demanding daily routines of life continue. Without realising it, people are often in a state of mental stress which can be the cause of some of these physical and emotional symptoms.
It is not surprising that stress may be present more clearly than usual, given the current pandemic situation and that many of us are in close lockdown environments, and this can influence our closest loving relationships. Love can be an oasis in uncertain times, but cultivating it takes attention, sincerity, transparency, forgiveness, and gratitude. Given that you might be dealing with multiple stressors as a couple, it is important to speak together about how you can prioritise and manage them. Often these ups and downs can test the strength of your relationships, but they require effort on both sides to make a real and lasting difference.
Relationships are an exchange of energy, in the form of thoughts and emotions. The quality of a relationship is influenced by our energetic output and the surrounding environment. Treating stress felt by both parties is vital for energy to be harmonised, purified, cleansed.
When partners are stressed, they can be impatient, withdrawn, defensive and irritable. Negative energy can radiate from the individual. It’s not hard to see why these behaviours would affect your relationship negatively.  Often people bottle up or keep their stress to themselves, which makes it difficult for their partners to understand what they are going through and to provide the right support. Without some kind of intervention, the gap caused by this kind of situation can get wider and wider.
If stress-energy is not released and removed it can create a negative cycle where partners “catch” each other’s stress. This happens because stress-energy is expelled by one and then caught by the other – when our partners are stressed, we become stressed. Think back to a disagreement that escalated quickly. You might have “caught” one another’s stress during the argument, which made you both feel even more frazzled. Couples get stuck in this negative cycle and may be too stressed to deal with the underlying issues.
Loving relationships can be healed, rejuvenated and harmonised through action on both parts to remove stress and induce calm. Finding a sense of peace, grounding and calming the mind can bring forth feelings of deep love, understanding, patience, wellbeing and forgiveness.
Couples could consider meditation, either together or separately to drive out negative stress-energy, reconnect with themselves and each other and bring in peace. Emotion-based meditations like Pranic Healing’s Twin Hearts Meditation work to open two energetic “hearts” and focus on bringing loving-kindness to the forefront of our mind and soul – it is hugely powerful in healing relationships and promoting harmony among partners.
There are of course many ways to reduce stress such as physical exercise, yoga, being in nature, getting good sleep, eating well, relaxation, breathing exercises and these are all worth doing in everyday life. Sometimes, however, negative stress-energy can get stuck and needs a little help to release. Pranic Healing can help remove this negative stress-energy and help restore a sense of inner peace and calm to both partners. Better still, couples can treat each other when qualified in Pranic Healing to reduce the number of stress energies between them and in the household.
The things in life that we do not see affect us the most. You cannot see your thoughts or emotions but they have the biggest influence on your actions, how you live your life and others around you.

Health is Wealth

Would you like to find new and simple ways to improve your health and well-being?

The smallest positive steps can lead to giant leaps forward.

Making informed daily changes can create a wave of momentum toward a life of vitality.

Committing to self-care is an action that’s literally worth its weight in gold!

2020 has been a year of rapid and unexpected change for us all. But when we consciously pause to regroup; when we make a decision to carpe diem the lessons the pandemic has offered us; when we embrace and accept the situation we are currently in, we start to realise that everything happens for us, and not to us.

For 2020 has also been a year of tremendous spiritual growth. A time to put everything into perspective and to begin to pivot in a more wholesome direction – both mentally and physically.

When it comes to our health, a busy lifestyle often means that we rarely take time out to analyse the various aspects of our lives, the positive and not so positive impacts that they may be having on our well-being.

At some point in the near future, life really will return to a ‘New Normal’, and, with Stress Awareness Day falling on November 4th, we all have another welcome reminder to rethink our physical and mental health right now, at a very specific point in time when our lives are less busy. It’s no secret that when left unchecked, large amounts of stress can sometimes manifest as physical conditions. Thus a healthy mind is essential for a healthy body.

Pranic Healing is not only a fabulous tool when it comes to implementing positive changes to our well-being, it is also one of the most groundbreaking healing modalities in the world. Level 1, Advanced, and Psychotherapy Courses are regularly taking place again all over the UK and Ireland (for details on those, please see the bottom of this blog post) with self-distancing measures in place so that students can benefit from the wisdom of Master Choa Kok Sui – the founder of modern Pranic Healing, whose vision was for each and every household to include a Pranic Healer.

From learning simple breathing exercises to understanding the principles behind the very unique, and scientifically-validated Twin Hearts meditation (experiencing its calming effects for yourself), through to learning numerous protocols to carry out healings on yourself, your family, and your friends… enrolling on a Pranic Healing course is a fast and effective way to invest in your health.
