How to Get the Life You Want

Many of us have endured tremendous changes to our lives as a result of the global pandemic. For some, it’s been an opportunity for a slower pace of life and a time to focus on physical health and wellbeing. For others who have not been so fortunate, the year may have represented a massive shake-up, especially for those who’ve  lost their jobs, financial security or even experienced the loss of a loved one.

But what if it was possible to find opportunity out of the losses? As difficult as this may sound, could this be a moment where a perceived negative situation could take you to a new, and possibly even better, outcome?

If you are struggling to keep afloat, now is the time for a new beginning, and possibly even a start in a new and exciting direction.

Many people seem to fight for the life they have, not stopping to think whether this is the life that they want. And getting this may be a lot simpler than you think.

Did you know that success, financial abundance and security are all directly related to your energy? If you’ve lost your job, there’s a possibility that this is a blessing in disguise and however difficult of a situation you may be in now, this is your chance to really think about whether or not you need to make some changes to your life. If the decision was taken out of your hands, although it may seem unfair or difficult, this may be the very opportunity that will change your life for the better.

Pranic Healing offers far more than just techniques to help to improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. It’s an entire personal development program that has helped countless people to completely transform their lives for the better. And it all starts with energy and understanding that you are far more in control of your life than you may think.

Once you learn the techniques to start cleansing and flushing out your negative thoughts and emotions, then you will be able to kick start your way to a brand new life, that will allow you to not only improve your physical health and emotional wellbeing, but it will improve your relationships and even your finances.

Make 2021 the year to start changing your life to the one you’ve always dreamed of!

Spirituality – Your Key to Success

January marks a time of new beginnings, often marked by setting new goals around health, career and finances in order to achieve happiness and success.  It is commonplace to put our focus on looking ‘outwards’ to reach these goals without truly considering and developing the characteristics required to achieve them.  Have you ever considered that the key to your success and happiness already lies within you and it’s your own self development and understanding of oneself that will allow you to achieve things that you may once have thought impossible? Thus, ensuring that you have a goal this year to nurture your spiritual development, could end up the most important and impactful goal you will ever make.

So what do we mean by spiritual? There are many levels of truth and Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga describes spirituality as a way of life.  He states ‘It is not just doing meditation.  People on the spiritual path are not anaemic.  They must be sharp, strong and courageous.  Being spiritual means being powerful, dynamic and intelligent.’

These characteristics together will help you to achieve your goals throughout life with much greater ease. The process of developing these characteristics will ultimately allow you to develop a much deeper understanding and connection to yourself and enable you to remove internal obstacles that have the potential to stop you from achieving.

Developing these characteristics in balance is extremely important, for what good would it be to have power without intelligence?  Or intelligence without the motivation and power to put it to good use? The tools and techniques that Master Choa Kok Sui developed are designed to do exactly that.  He describes Pranic Healing as ‘a bridge to spirituality’.  As you study the Pranic Healing courses, you will learn a multitude of techniques that you can put into practise on a daily basis, starting on the Level 1 course and running right through to Arhatic Yoga.

These techniques will help to develop a kind and loving heart, a powerful will and an intelligent mind, all allowing you to gain more inner peace and develop spiritually.  A recipe to take your self-care to a whole new level, allowing you to achieve things that might be beyond your imagination right now.

Spirituality does not mean, as many believe, spending hours and hours meditating each day and in Master Choa Kok Sui’s words, ‘Spiritual practitioners or disciples should have their hands reaching out to Heaven … but their feet should be firmly rooted to the Earth.’  In spite of their spirituality, they must maintain their practicality. They must be able to produce physical results.’

Thriving through the Pandemic & Lockdown

Since the beginning of the year, Covid-19 has dominated the news and our lives, curbing free movement, claiming over a million lives across the world and impacting the economy to a large extent. As the numbers surge here in the UK, and we make our way through the second lockdown this year, we are bound to be concerned about our wellbeing, (physical, emotional, and mental), as well as our financial security in the near future.

Unprecedented as this situation might be, it is possible to get through it, not just surviving it but thriving through it. Taking a spiritual lens could help us do just that – keeping perspective and having a proportionate and constructive response to the events unfolding in the world around us. Here is some food for thought on how one might approach this.

Thinking of our life as one chapter of a longer story, the soul’s journey, is one way to develop this perspective. This lifetime is but one incarnation of the higher soul. Everything we say and do here contributes to the development of the overall story, so it is important to be thoughtful in our actions/responses, knowing it’s one sequence in a much longer journey can aid being present in the moment without being overwhelmed by it.

Another helpful analogy from popular culture is thinking of any challenges we are faced with as an opportunity to ‘level up’ in the game of life. It is understood that we are born into this lifetime to learn from our experiences and progress in our soul’s journey. Coming at our life and the challenges we might be facing through the pandemic with this point of view makes it easier to respond with a ‘winning’ and ‘growth’ mindset, all the while keeping our calm and composure.

But how do we even know we are a soul having a physical, human experience? Have you ever found yourself running or painting or so engrossed in an activity that you feel you have zoned out of your physical body, so to speak, and are propelled forward by higher energy? Well, then you sort of know what we are talking about.

Free yourself from fear and welcome new beginnings

Do you have phobias or addictions? Do you seem to get ill all the time? Do you feel your body is low in energy? If you are carrying stress, it can cause your emotions to run wild and leave you feeling low, anxious or depressed. It’s well documented that stress can be linked to physical disease – in fact that’s what it’s showing you – dis-ease – you are not at ease in yourself.

Worry and anxiety stems from fear. Fear is the root of many emotional and mental health issues that we see in today’s busy societies and these in turn cause the physical body to become depleted, low in energy and susceptible to breaking down.

People who suffer phobias and addictions often feel that they are trapped in this way of life and cycle of behaviour and that there is no way out.

The good news is, there is a way.

Imagine if you could remove all fear and free yourself from those chains?

The key to welcoming new beginnings in this New Year of hope, is to conquer your fear. There are many ways fear can arise – you may have deep seated emotions from past trauma, long-term embedded negative behaviours, deep phobias or addictions. These all create negative energies in the body which make it vulnerable to emotional upset  and if left untreated, physical illness.

Removing fear and negative energy can liberate you from worry and enable you to break free from your own chains. Even deep-seated phobias and addictions can be overcome. Replace fear with positive energy, clear thinking, a calm mind and loving-kindness and you can welcome new beginnings into your life.

Pranic Healing can help in all of these challenging areas by providing easy-to-follow tools and techniques you can practice to feel better, mentally stronger and be more empowered to live the life you want to live. The courses teach you techniques to remove stress and other negative emotions like jealousy and anger, and to purge negative programming which might be holding you back.  There are even specific treatment for phobias and addictions to things like smoking, alcohol, drugs, food, sugar, gambling or sex, which have helped many people across the world.

We all live busy lives and a physical or emotional ailment can arrive through certain patterns, lifestyle behaviours and psychological changes. By using specific techniques for those ailments or conditions this pattern can be reversed and the body is then able to heal itself.

It is an incredible technological breakthrough in the science of healing.

Treat Yourself and Treat Your Health: a New Year, a New Approach

Are you looking for an inspired, tried, and tested New Year’s resolution that will put a spring in your step?

Are you tired of slipping up on those well-intended (and much yearned for) January promises to yourself before winter has even ended and the snowdrops are still in bloom?

Would you like to carve out more non-negotiable time for self-care whilst learning a life-enhancing new skill?

2021 is a year most of us are really looking forward to after the big challenges of 2020. A brilliant and fresh new start, brimming with possibility.

Whilst we still don’t know when exactly the pandemic will be over, or when hugging our loved ones will be possible, we can choose to go with the flow, leaning into acceptance and surrender. Both of which lead to hope – hope, in turn, propelling us forward to make some of the biggest and most beneficial changes in our lives.

Everything happens for a reason, and, this unexpected break in normality, although we may not have consciously asked for it, was definitely needed spiritually: it is the perfect opportunity to recalibrate all areas of our life.

Chief of this is our health: physical and emotional.

Even the very act of opting to focus our energy on using this period of uncertainty wisely is a fantastic way to boost our mental health – in and of itself. It is also a great way to upgrade our physical health. The two aspects of our well-being truly are reliant on each other.

There is no pressure as to how much or how little we do. Commitment to improving our health simply requires showing up.

Whether we make the intention to meditate daily (the Twin Hearts meditation that has been scientifically validated via Pranic Healing and its modern founder, Master Choa Kok Sui, is a wonderful place to start), eating more nutrient-dense foods, or moving our bodies; it’s all good, and it’s all a step in the right direction.

And if we are curious to take things further still; to learn new skills that will improve not only our personal health but the health of our family and friends, then 2021 is the perfect time to sign up for a course in Pranic Healing.

This non-touch energy-based modality is one of the fastest-growing and most leading-edge alternative therapies in the world. And with good reason. Pranic Healing has helped and continues to help, many millions of people all over the world. The skills taught in a Level 1 course alone equip students with the basics about energy, and how to use it to treat ailments large and small. Pranic Healing lends itself well to the social distancing requirements of the pandemic, too. A healer in the UK can carry out healing on a patient in Australia!

So why not treat your own health and that of your loved ones by signing up for a course today?

Just click on the link below for an overview of the courses we have on offer in the next few weeks and months. We would love to welcome you into the Pranic Healing family 🙂
