Release stress and find harmony in your relationships

At this time of year, when the nights draw in and the weather turns colder many people experience physical ailments, aches and pains and fatigue and look for ways to help themselves. You may even find that strong emotions play out around these times as the seasons change to Autumn, there is less natural light, children are back at school and the demanding daily routines of life continue. Without realising it, people are often in a state of mental stress which can be the cause of some of these physical and emotional symptoms. 
It is not surprising that stress may be present more clearly than usual, given the current pandemic situation and that many of us are in close lockdown environments, and this can influence our closest loving relationships. Love can be an oasis in uncertain times, but cultivating it takes attention, sincerity, transparency, forgiveness, and gratitude. Given that you might be dealing with multiple stressors as a couple, it is important to speak together about how you can prioritise and manage them. Often these ups and downs can test the strength of your relationships, but they require effort on both sides to make a real and lasting difference. 
Relationships are an exchange of energy, in the form of thoughts and emotions. The quality of a relationship is influenced by our energetic output and the surrounding environment. Treating stress felt by both parties is vital for energy to be harmonised, purified, cleansed.

The True Power of a ‘healthy’ relationship

As we get deeper into the Autumn months, it is natural to start taking extra steps to maintain a strong immune system and with Covid-19 still in circulation, this is a priority for many people. Selfcare is often reported as a vital ingredient in keeping our immune systems healthy. Many of us will be focusing on aspects such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep – all of which are important but do we consider how the health of our relationships impacts our physical health and therefore our immunity to viruses and disease?

Many people believe that the state of our emotions plays a direct role in our physical health and immune system. The mind-body link is so powerful that it is worth investing in personal self-care, looking after mental health and understanding how better to manage our thoughts and emotions.

To help clear this emotion from our system, one of the most effective ways is to practise  ‘forgiveness’.  Practising ‘inner’ forgiveness will bring a sense of inner peace. Energy is Everything: A New Approach to Healthy Living

 In the words of the world-famous physicist Albert Einstein, ‘Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it’. 

Since quantum mechanics tells us that all particles are in fact waves, we can essentially understand that everything around us is constructed from particles of energy.  

Given that energy is pervasive it should come as no surprise that energy can impact every corner of our lives including our health, relationships, finances and spirituality.  This is exactly what Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, the founder of modern Pranic Healing, set out to understand and developed techniques to harness the energy around us to improve all aspects of life.

So when it comes to health, why is energy such an important consideration?  

Taking the time to understand some of the basics of Pranic Healing can help answer this question.

In Pranic Healing there are two basic laws:

  1. Law of Self-Recovery 

The body has an innate ability to heal itself at a certain rate. For example, if a person has a cold due to a viral infection, the body will recover generally in one or two weeks without medication.  

  1.   Law of Life Energy

For life to exist, the body must have energy, also known as prana or chi or life energy.  The healing process can be accelerated by increasing the life energy on the affected part and on the entire body.

Pranic Healing teaches that illness and health problems result from disturbances to the flow of energy in the energetic anatomy. The energetic anatomy consists of a network of power centres, pathways and energy fields that interpenetrate the physical body, acting as a blueprint for the physical body. When we use Pranic Healing, we quickly learn to detect energy at different points along the body using the palm of our hands, thus validating the concept of an energy body.
