For most people, standing up in front of a crowd fills them with terror. Even the thought of it can cause the physical body to experience symptoms such as heart palpitations, a feeling of dread or a churning feeling in the stomach.
Many of us experience anxiety at some point and there are different levels of it, ranging from excessive worry about various issues, panic attacks to social anxiety.
Feeling a little anxious is a natural response to stress. This ‘fight or flight’ response pushes us forward and sparks a drive to do better or work harder.
However, when it severely impacts life, it’s starts becoming an issue.
Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year (1) and anxiety in young teenagers is fast becoming a common issue to which the UK government has pledged that every secondary school in the country will be offered Mental Health First Aid training by 2020.
How does anxiety escalate?
Our mind can create numerous scenarios around one event. We have between 20,000- 80,000 thoughts per day. Visualise each thought as a spark of energy.
This then sits in what’s called our energy system, which is in and around our physical body. Scientists call this the ‘bioplasmic body’.
After a time, by repeatedly thinking the same negative thoughts, this ‘mass’ gets bigger so we view life through our past thoughts, emotions and experiences.
Imagine this like a dirty windscreen of a car. Can we see clearly through it?
So with all this ‘anxiety’ energy in our system, what can we do to remove it and how do we overcome the tendency to repeat the same patterns?

Remove energy… with energy!
To be happy and have mental clarity, our mind and body need to be clear. But in order to do this, we have to understand how the mind, thoughts and emotions affect our physical body.
The Pranic Healing system uses energy or ‘prana’ to help alleviate the symptoms of conditions of the body, physically and emotionally.
It also teaches various techniques to consistently remove the ‘anxiety energy’ so the mind has nothing to feed on. Therefore our thoughts and perception of reality are more accurate to want is being presented.
The tool kit
There are specific step by step techniques or ‘protocols’ we can use to remove the unhelpful energy of stress and anxiety in the energy body, particular breathing techniques to calm the mind and an ancient meditation called the Meditation on Twin Hearts, which has a ‘flushing effect’, clearing stress and anxiety energy from the system.
All these techniques have been researched, tested and scientifically validated with thousands upon thousands of testimonials of people who have found relief from a wide range of symptoms of anxiety and look at their life from a positive angle with beauty and optimism.
All you need to do is to keep an open mind and the rest will follow.
If you are experiencing anxiety or would like to help someone that is, then the Self Development Level 1 Pranic Healing course can give you a greater understanding of how the mind and body work and the tools and techniques to help. This two-day course will give you the ability to take all areas of your life to the next level.
