Make this Your Best Summer Ever

Are you ready to shake off the heaviness of recent months?

Would you like to feel lighter and brighter in the gentlest and most natural of ways?

Do you find yourself procrastinating because there aren’t enough hours in the day, or any willing participants to join you?

The questions above will have many of us reverently nodding our heads in agreement. But we can implement little changes for the better immediately once we decide to say YES to the call of our hearts, turning our back on the mind and its multitude of get-out clauses.

The summer season is a great time to try out new activities and create healthier habits, with all of those wonderful extra hours of daylight. The simplest, most unassuming of feel-good routines often deliver the greatest results, yet these daily or weekly commitments needn’t ever become a chore, rely on comrades, nor cost the earth. They can, quite literally, be as free and easy as opting to walk to work to bask in the sweet fresh air as opposed to driving. Or making a point of taking a proper lunch break outdoors and heading to the serenity of a park several times a week instead of eating on the go at the desk.

Which isn’t to dissuade the joining of gyms, yoga classes, or team sports!

One of the best ways to ensure that any new way of living takes root is to make scheduling a weekly priority. Look at the days stretching out in front of you realistically and see where you can switch things around to fit in that much-earned (and much yearned for) hour of gardening, walk in the woods, after work swim, or the beginner’s kayaking/SUP session you’ve been promising yourself.

Sometimes showing up for any of these activities may mean sacrificing an episode of our favourite Netflix series. But the outcome will be worth it!

Even those of us who have coasted the proverbial wave of this pandemic and remained in relatively high spirits, need to be mindful that we are getting outside enough and connecting with nature. The vitality the body absorbs from the sun goes beyond mere Vitamin D. Just as we benefit from daily exposure to air, ground, and tree prana, summer is the optimum time to ensure we are receiving a good dose of solar prana.

Prana translates from Hindu as life force; the universal energy flowing in and around the body. Its tiny particles surround us, and, when the body and its chakras are depleted of prana, malfunctions can occur – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Indeed, there is much wisdom in some of the old fashioned sayings such as ‘an early morning walk is a blessing for the whole day’ and ‘fill your lungs, clear your mind’…

But the words in this blog are just the tip of the iceberg. If you would like to learn more about what Pranic Healing can do for you, (your family and your friends) the summer is also the perfect time to sign up for a course. Now that restrictions have eased, there are a variety of fascinating Pranic Healing courses underway all over the UK to help you not only mentally and physically, but financially and spiritually too.

We look forward to seeing you and helping you set out on that life-changing journey!

Healthy New You, Family, and Friends

Are you ready to improve your physical and emotional well-being now we are emerging from lockdown?

How does a fresh, systematic and logical approach to good health sound as we start to pick up where we left off?

Would you like to learn a new life skill to benefit yourself and your family and friends?

When Master Choa Kok Sui brought the teachings of Pranic Healing – a non-touch energy healing modality – to the masses (it’s now in over 126 countries, his vision was to have a Pranic Healer in every household.

When we think about that inspirational goal in the wake of the pandemic, taking into account the pressure the NHS has endured – not just courtesy of Covid-19, but other ailments and diseases not to mention the impact on our mental health – it is a timely target in every sense.

Learning Pranic Healing is a truly life-changing experience when it comes to the health of the body and the mind. It’s empowering and comforting to know there is a toolbox at our disposal to treat and improve life’s physical aches and pains; from the smallest of niggles through to more complex issues.

Having the wherewithal to apply a simple-to-follow, step-by-step treatment to a heavy nosebleed, a tummy bug, or an ankle sprain is a huge positive and incredibly reassuring when you are a parent. Being able to treat a sore throat or a fever is a wonderful, time-saving benefit.

Each of these protocols is taught in the Level 1 Pranic Healing class, so that straightaway, students go home with practical skills that can be put into action.

Level 2 takes students deeper into the application of the teachings with a focus on chronic illness and severe ailments. It’s revolutionary in its approach, and, as with all of the Pranic Healing courses, it’s scientific and validation-based. Nothing is blindly taught so you get the chance to learn and practice with a very open mind.

None of which is to suggest Pranic Healing should ever replace traditional medicine or a professional diagnosis. Rather the two can work together beautifully. Referring back to the NHS overload situation, Pranic Healing gives us a very real opportunity to do something practical to help lessen the burden on the National Health Service – no matter which country we live in.

The strain on our state health systems is definitely a worldwide issue. But once we have learned the various Pranic Healing techniques we can immediately start to implement them to alleviate our family, friends and, of course, ourselves.

Lockdown’s conditions, which came as a shock to most of us, have definitely challenged our states of mind. However, when we are armed with easy-to-follow protocols (they are literally akin to following a recipe in a cookbook) to treat conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression, and grief, we can help ourselves and we can help others back to a happier and more natural disposition. That’s what a Level 3 course can do.

Pranic Psychotherapy is fascinating, and a real insight into the emotional root causes of many chronic physical conditions which might previously have been given a ‘Band-Aid’. When we combine our psychotherapy knowledge with the skills we have learned to alleviate physical conditions, the improvements are quite remarkable and we further understand the importance of purifying ourselves of the thousands of negative thoughts we have a day, ‘keeping the cup empty’.

So there we have it: three fabulous, groundbreaking courses, which, as a package, are transforming so many lives all over the planet.

There’s no better time to get started!

Follow your dreams to a happier, healthier you because for one thing, you deserve it, and for another, you’ll be in a position to help so many others.

3 Ways To Prepare Your Mind & Body For The New Beginnings of Spring

Everywhere we look, there are wonderful signs of Spring. It’s a welcome sight after the winter months and helps us focus on hope after the past challenging year.

Take a moment to pause and think about how you feel right now, at this moment. Do you find yourself feeling tired a lot of the time? You might even be feeling a bit lacklustre or finding it hard to get motivated? After the dark winter months, it’s time to prepare your body and mind for the new beginnings of Spring and embrace the light, warmth, optimism and bursts of nature this time of year brings.

Here are our 3 ways to do just that:

1) Boost your immune system

As we come out of winter, give your body the physical boost it needs to recover and rejuvenate, ready for Spring.

Regular exercise and healthy eating are great ways to support a healthy immune system. Perhaps you have developed some habits over lockdown you wish to turn around? Now is the time.

As Pranic Healers, we treat the physical body to help boost the immune system by removing old negative energy and replacing it with fresh, new energy or prana.  By cleansing your energy, your body can renew, regenerate and reach optimum health. Once you have a robust immune system, your body can more easily fight disease.

You learn how to do this from the first level of Pranic Healing training to benefit yourself and your family and friends.

2) Keep a clear mind

Do you ever feel overwhelmed and find it affects your physical body too? Perhaps you have trouble sleeping or trouble with your digestion? Keeping a clear, healthy mind can help you take full advantage of new beginnings, appreciate every life moment fully and see the potential in your life events.

Meditation is a great way to help clear your mind of unwanted negative thoughts and energy. It can help give you a clearer perspective, flush out negative thoughts, promote inner peace and help you make better decisions.

3) Remove the fear that’s holding you back

If you constantly find yourself in a negative spiral of thinking, it’s most often caused by fear of some kind. Fear can hold us back and stop us from welcoming the new beginnings the universe means us to experience. In Pranic Healing, we learn that removing fear can set us free, putting us on a path to inner peace, good health and prosperity. Stress and worry might be prevalent in your life right now for many reasons, but learning to deal effectively with these emotions can help you develop an outlook of optimism and hope.

As we look to the future and welcome Spring, prepare your body and mind to take full advantage of the new beginnings it will bring. Help your body to embrace warmer weather, enjoy good health and fitness. Help your mind to see the joy in every moment and to look ahead with positivity and optimism.

Spring forward in more ways than one

We have just completed a year of living a relatively restricted life thanks to the pandemic. For all its silver linings, it has been a year marked with concerns about maintaining our health and well-being as well as that of our loved ones. As sunnier and warmer days come around, we are reminded of the great Chilean poet Pablo Neruda’s words – ‘you can cut all the flowers, but you can not keep the spring from coming.

Nature indeed has a way of regenerating and blooming even after having gone through harsh winter conditions. Spring season offers abundant reminders of this inbuilt natural ability to restore, rejuvenate and thrive, nudging us forwards to refocus on our own health goals too. The first daffodil blossoms see a lot more morning joggers and lunchtime walkers getting out and about. With the sun shining brighter, people take to more outdoorsy activities, working gardens, going on treks, or even socialising outdoors especially relevant through COVID-19.

Activities such as the above energise and naturally revitalise us, and for a very good reason. Fresh air, the sun and the ground are three main sources of vital energy or life force that keeps the body healthy and alive. This is called ‘Prana’ in Sanskrit. As we look to boost our baseline health, we have access to more than seasonal glories of Spring to fall back on.

Pranic Healing, an energy-based healing modality that is anchored on the concept of Prana and our ability to enhance it in our bodies can be available all year round.

Pranic Healing is a system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui leveraging the naturally available Prana and our physical body’s inherent ability to heal itself. Designed in a structured, easy to apply manner, the system makes energy-based healing accessible to people from all walks of life, irrespective of their background or existing belief system.

It is easily learnt in a weekend workshop, starting with an introduction to the fundamentals of the Pranic healing system. Please look for a Level 1 workshop at a location close to you.

Foundational to this system is the Meditation on Twin Hearts that helps maintain the health of your energy body, leading to more robust physical health, stress reduction and greater inner peace. The meditation is taught in the Level 1 Pranic Healing course but can also be independently learnt and practised. Improving Your Relationships

Are you finding your daily interactions with others a challenge and a drain on your energy levels?

Do you wish you had a magic wand to stop those around you from pushing your buttons; to calm that constant urge to react?

Do you wonder if lockdown and homeschooling will ever end?

The first piece of good news is… you are not alone.

Many of us haven’t been in our normal working environments for close to a year. We find ourselves playing teacher all over again – often whilst juggling the demands of our own careers – since our children are back learning from the home.

It goes without saying that even for those of us with the highest patience levels, smooth interaction within our own four walls feels like something we are constantly having to strive for.

Lockdown WILL end at some point. Life is perpetually in motion, nothing ever stays the same, energy is always moving. But until then it’s important that we take some time for inner reflection, which means becoming aware of our own habits and changing our focus accordingly.

Indeed, there is so much wisdom to be gleaned from the expression ‘when you point the finger at someone else, there are three more fingers pointing back at you.’

When our ‘apparent’ world has shrunk to the size of our home, we have a tendency to get out our ‘telescope’ and zoom in on the people around us. We mentally highlight their annoying habits and tally up our endless gripes about their behaviour.

But it’s a vicious circle. What we give out we get back… tenfold. And so the cycle continues: arguments flare up, relationships break down and depression, stress, anger, resentment, anxiety set in. The emotional toll can be relentless.

There are two immediate solutions to this:

Love and Forgiveness.

Transmuting the frequency of the emotion we give out to others – and that others boomerang back at us – is an absolute game-changer.

The second piece of good news is… there are some super-effective and simple tools we can learn and use in everyday life, not just during the pandemic, to flip the struggle on its head.

The depth of the teachings of Pranic Healing is vast and varied, but above all, the techniques (including those for the specifics mentioned in this article: love and forgiveness) are scientifically validated by students. Even on a Level 1 Pranic Healing course you will uncover easily applied yet leading-edge tools to help you transform every one of your relationships and live a happier, more harmonious life.

How to Get the Life You Want

Many of us have endured tremendous changes to our lives as a result of the global pandemic. For some, it’s been an opportunity for a slower pace of life and a time to focus on physical health and wellbeing. For others who have not been so fortunate, the year may have represented a massive shake-up, especially for those who’ve  lost their jobs, financial security or even experienced the loss of a loved one.

But what if it was possible to find opportunity out of the losses? As difficult as this may sound, could this be a moment where a perceived negative situation could take you to a new, and possibly even better, outcome?

If you are struggling to keep afloat, now is the time for a new beginning, and possibly even a start in a new and exciting direction.

Many people seem to fight for the life they have, not stopping to think whether this is the life that they want. And getting this may be a lot simpler than you think.

Did you know that success, financial abundance and security are all directly related to your energy? If you’ve lost your job, there’s a possibility that this is a blessing in disguise and however difficult of a situation you may be in now, this is your chance to really think about whether or not you need to make some changes to your life. If the decision was taken out of your hands, although it may seem unfair or difficult, this may be the very opportunity that will change your life for the better.

Pranic Healing offers far more than just techniques to help to improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. It’s an entire personal development program that has helped countless people to completely transform their lives for the better. And it all starts with energy and understanding that you are far more in control of your life than you may think.

Once you learn the techniques to start cleansing and flushing out your negative thoughts and emotions, then you will be able to kick start your way to a brand new life, that will allow you to not only improve your physical health and emotional wellbeing, but it will improve your relationships and even your finances.

Make 2021 the year to start changing your life to the one you’ve always dreamed of!

Spirituality – Your Key to Success

January marks a time of new beginnings, often marked by setting new goals around health, career and finances in order to achieve happiness and success.  It is commonplace to put our focus on looking ‘outwards’ to reach these goals without truly considering and developing the characteristics required to achieve them.  Have you ever considered that the key to your success and happiness already lies within you and it’s your own self development and understanding of oneself that will allow you to achieve things that you may once have thought impossible? Thus, ensuring that you have a goal this year to nurture your spiritual development, could end up the most important and impactful goal you will ever make.

So what do we mean by spiritual? There are many levels of truth and Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga describes spirituality as a way of life.  He states ‘It is not just doing meditation.  People on the spiritual path are not anaemic.  They must be sharp, strong and courageous.  Being spiritual means being powerful, dynamic and intelligent.’

These characteristics together will help you to achieve your goals throughout life with much greater ease. The process of developing these characteristics will ultimately allow you to develop a much deeper understanding and connection to yourself and enable you to remove internal obstacles that have the potential to stop you from achieving.

Developing these characteristics in balance is extremely important, for what good would it be to have power without intelligence?  Or intelligence without the motivation and power to put it to good use? The tools and techniques that Master Choa Kok Sui developed are designed to do exactly that.  He describes Pranic Healing as ‘a bridge to spirituality’.  As you study the Pranic Healing courses, you will learn a multitude of techniques that you can put into practise on a daily basis, starting on the Level 1 course and running right through to Arhatic Yoga.

These techniques will help to develop a kind and loving heart, a powerful will and an intelligent mind, all allowing you to gain more inner peace and develop spiritually.  A recipe to take your self-care to a whole new level, allowing you to achieve things that might be beyond your imagination right now.

Spirituality does not mean, as many believe, spending hours and hours meditating each day and in Master Choa Kok Sui’s words, ‘Spiritual practitioners or disciples should have their hands reaching out to Heaven … but their feet should be firmly rooted to the Earth.’  In spite of their spirituality, they must maintain their practicality. They must be able to produce physical results.’
