The Meditation on Twin Hearts was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui to help flush out negative thoughts and emotions that congest our mind and body every day. Every month around the time of the Full Moon we will meet up at Sunrise at Seapoint, DúnLaoghaire (Forty Foot) enjoy the Sunrise, some Gentle Exercises & Twin Hearts Meditation. This group is open to everyone over 18yrs. There’s no charge ~ Donations are welcome and will go directly to the MCKS Charity Ireland. You are welcome to bring your swimwear/towel and have a dip in the sea afterwards. However, please note you will not be cover under the Pranic Healing Insurance.
